Labelexpo Americas welcomes all trade visitors over the age of 18. All badges are valid for entry on all three days of the show.

Expo entry only

For Brand Owners, Converters and Designers:

Early bird (before 24th August) : $70

Standard Rate : $95

 

For Suppliers: 

Early bird (before 24th August): $150

Standard Rate: $250

Expo tickets include access to the Labelexpo Americas show floor, including FlexPack @ Labelexpo, RFID Experience, Innovation Stage, and Eco Stage.

Your entry badge will be valid on all three days of the show. All attendees must have an expo ticket. 

Master Classes and Workshops

The Label Academy will be presenting one workshop and two master classes. Entry to the master classes and workshop can be booked when you register to visit the show.

Conference

Morning sessions: 
Themed around the key trends affecting labels and package printing. Includes a global and regional market overview; redefining sales strategy in a complex, evolving market; and towards a smarter label and transparent supply chain, where the question of where labels go from here will be examined.
 
Afternoon sessions:
Themed around growing your label business. Includes diversification into new segments such as flexible packaging and cartons; design and branding opportunities; and a brand owner case study looking at the booming cannabis packaging market in North America.

Frequently asked questions

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit and debit card payments using Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Unfortunately we do not accept payment by bank transfer.

Can you send me an invoice beforehand? When will I get a receipt?

Unfortunately we cannot issue invoices in advance. You will receive an invoice/receipt by email within a few minutes of completing your registration.

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations have to be sent in writing to marketing@labelexpo.com. If your cancellation is received on or before Friday, July 30, you will receive a full refund. If your cancelation is received after this date, you will be charged 100% of the full amount.
 
Substitutions are allowed at any time before the show.
 

Can you send me a visa invitation letter?

If you need a visa to enter America, you may be asked for an invitation letter confirming that you are attending Labelexpo Americas 2024. We are happy to provide invitation letters to registered visitors.

If you require an invitation letter, please register for the event first. After the process and payment is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your invitation letter.

We are unable to issue invitation letters to anyone who has not registered for the show.

What do I do with a VIP code from an exhibitor?

If you receive a VIP registration code from an exhibitor, please register online to use it. Simply enter the code during the online registration process. Codes cannot be accepted if you register at the show.

Unfortunately you cannot use the code if you have already registered. We suggest giving the code to one of your colleagues who has not yet registered.

How do I register a group?

While we welcome groups, each visitor must be registered separately. The registration system collects contact and demographic information for each person individually.

What is your admissions policy?

Labelexpo Americas 2024 is open to trade visitors over the age of 18 only. Everyone needs a badge issued by the show organizers to enter.

Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Anyone attending may be asked to show a form of photo ID.

The organizers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from Labelexpo Americas 2024. 

Official photographers will be taking photographs during the show, which may include photos of anyone attending. The organisers may use these for the purpose of marketing future Labelexpo events.
