Throughout his career, he has earned the trust of several international companies, promoting capital good investments in book-binging equipment, printing, labelling and converting machines.

Furthermore he supported the growth of a global network of distributors and agents for one of the top-5 label press manufacturers. Paolo spent 15 years throughout Asia developing a brand and structuring a sales and service network.

As the sales director at Actega for EcoLeaf since 2021, he is currently developing the go-to-market strategy for this disruptive technology: A breakthrough for sustainable film-free metallization of labels.
