How do you encourage innovation at your organization?
We encourage innovation in many different ways, through employee involvement in resolving issues to making the process and procedures better through continuous improvement. Our R&D and Innovations Department is a dedicated team of developers and engineers that embrace challenges and deliver innovated solutions to meet fit, form and function.
What was your first job?
My first job was at a grocery store as a cashier.
What do the next 5 years look like for the industry?
Advancements in the digital arena will be made driven by customers wanting shorter lead times and the flexibility to change their brands appearance often. There will be a growing demand for print managed services within the customers’ manufacturing facilities using digital technology. Flexo technology will still dominate and we’ll see move combination print technology presses.
How do you define success?
Success to me is conducting myself in a manner, at work and in my personal life, that my children, husband and parents would be proud of.
