Marc Heylen is the Senior Director of Narrow Web R&D & Technology at Flint Group.
He started his career at a raw material supplier to the UV inks & coatings industry, where he was involved in Technical Service and Development, as well as in R&D. Over the course of 15 years, he held various positions with increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as Global R&D Director for the last 3 years. In January 2016, he joined Flint Group, bringing his experience in UV technology to a total of 23 years. He holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Leuven, Belgium.
