At Labelexpo Americas 2024, you will have the opportunity to utilize our lead capture solutions to drive engagement with your stand and generate more leads. This is the only system available for lead retrieval.

There are two ways to capture leads:

   - Visit Connect App

   - Connect Touchpoints

 
Visit Connect App:

The Visit Connect App is your tool for gathering detailed prospect data and qualifying leads in real-time for you and your team. Simply scan attendees' badges to capture all their details.

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store and activate the app with your license QR code. Export your license code from your Visit Connect Portal. (Option #2 the native app is recommended)

PLEASE NOTE: One Scan app license will work on one device. Once a license has been activated it cannot be removed, and you will have to purchase another one. Do not activate a license unless you are certain you will be using that device at the event.

You are encouraged to create custom questions to save against your leads. These should be configured under the 'Questions' tab in the portal and will sync with all your apps.

Connect Touchpoint:   

Visitors can collect digital company and product information on your stand through the Connect Touchpoint. When a visitor touches the touchpoint with their badge, you collect their details, and they will receive your uploaded content. To upload your digital content, access the portal and navigate to the 'Profile and Products' tab.

To make the Touchpoint especially impactful, we recommend placing your touchpoint in a prominent location on your stand. 

You can pick up your touchpoint at the lead retrieval desk in the main registration area from 8:00am Monday 9 September onwards.

All touchpoints must be returned to the Lead Retrieval desk by Thursday 12 September before 4:30pm. After this time your leads cannot be guaranteed and a fine will be charged.

Your Package

Your show package will influence how many scan app licenses you have.

       A Basic and Bronze packages will give you 1 scan app license and 1 touchpoint.

       A Silver package will give you 5 scan app license and 1 touchpoint.

       A Gold package will give you unlimited scan app licenses and 1 touchpoint.

You can purchase extra scan app licenses and touchpoints from within your Labelexpo Americas 2024 exhibitor portal, as long as you have a Basic package or above.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no deadline to purchase extra scan app licenses.

Easily share digital information with visitors during Labelexpo Americas 2024

To make the most of your Touchpoint, we strongly recommend that you add digital content so that you can easily share it with visitors. Follow these simple steps to upload your content: 

1. Open your Visit Connect Portal
2. Navigate to "Profile & Products" in the menu on the left
3. Please set up your company profile page.
4. Add attachments, sell sheets, and marketing collateral that highlight your company as well as specific products and services (Maximum Content Size: 10MB). This content is what will be placed in a visitor's virtual briefcase when they interact with your Touchpoint.

 
PLEASE UPLOAD YOUR CONTENT BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE EVENT TO ENSURE YOUR TOUCHPOINT IS READY WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

More than one Touchpoint?

Purchasing more than one Touchpoint is a great idea if you would like to collect leads for different products. By default, the same information will be available on every touchpoint you have. If you have more than one and would like different information on each Touchpoint, please follow the steps below.

    - Upload your content, but please use the 'product' section, labeling each product as a different touchpoint.

    - Once you have done this, please email marketing@labelexpo.com to request your touchpoints are setup separately.
