Kelli Messer is responsible for developing and implementing key product line strategies leading to top line and profitable growth as well as share gain.  She leads and coordinates key product innovation efforts within the product line, linking closely to Marketing Segment Leaders and Sales on commercialization strategy. As well, she collaborates with operations, procurement, and R&D to re-engineer and drive profitability through cost out initiatives.

Kelli has 26 years of experience with Avery Dennison. Since 1992, she has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility across a variety of functions in quality, operations, and research and development.  Prior to Avery Dennison, Kelli worked as a process engineer at Schoeller Technical Papers and Mead Imaging.
