Jim Downham leads the PAC Global team as President and CEO with over 40 years of packaging manufacturing and association executive management experience. He was inducted into the Packaging Hall of Fame in 2014 and has been a member of the HOF Judges Commission since 2018. He is the visionary behind the creation of IFS PAC SECURE, PAC NEXT, PAC FOOD, PIP360 and PAC IOU. Jim is responsible for the association’s increasing development and expansion efforts into high-growth, emerging international markets. He is dedicated to making meaningful change in the packaging industry, across the entire value change. Jim is active on several boards including his position as Vice Chair of the National Zero Waste Council, Director of the Conference on Canadian Stewardship, and sits on the advisory committee of the Canada Plastics Pact.
