Paulo holds a Chemistry Degree and a PhD in Science, both from University of Sao Paulo, and an MBA in Marketing from FGV, Brazil. He started his career as Research Fellow in semi-conductive polymers at EMBRAPA (a Brazilian Government Technology Research Agency), and then moved to the private sector; leading R&D, product development and technical service groups on industrial coatings, printing inks and pigment dispersions in Brazil. Following that, Paulo moved to Cytec-Allnex where he held multiple positions, the most recent being Technology Director, Latin America for all business units including: UV curing, water-based, solvent, crosslinkers, printing inks and industrial coatings. Paulo joined Flint Group as R&D Director for North America for the Narrow Web Division.
