Brodbeck presents Multi ID Core Cutter UNI 1000

At Labelexpo in Chicago Brodbeck shows this year a Multi ID Core Cutter UNI 1000. The advance in technology centres upon the patent-pending design of a single cutting mandrel suitable for all core diameters from 25 - 180 mm. Virtually every other core cutter available today requires individual size parts for each different internal tube diameter. The single cutting tool of the UNI 1000 saves both the expense of buying and mainting multiple mandrels, and the time necessary to change sizes. On this machine the desired cutting length and quantity required are keyed into the control terminal, the parent tubes are fed in and cut cores of the highest quality and precise length are discharged.
