J&J and BGM will be exhibiting at Labelexpo Americas 2024 and three BGM machines will be demonstrated. BGM’s latest 18” wide label inspection slitter rewinder’s with standard features and much more expensive rewinders are fitted with capable speeds of up to 984 ft/min. Alongside this will be BGM’s Label-I a slitter rewinder with 100% inspection module demonstrating PDF file comparison, gross print defect and MMLD detection.

BGM’s latest high speed die cutter with semi-automatic turret rewinding system and the fully integrated semi-automatic turret rewinder achieves speeds of up to 820ft/min. The turret incorporates an automatic tail cut and applier, increasing productivity output by up to 60%.
